Kokis



Ingredients 

1 kg      Red rice
1 no      Egg
2 no      Coconut
1 tsp    Turmeric
Salt and sugar.

Method

 Sock red rice in the water for 3 hours,
Then pound and make the powder
Then add the egg and mixed it.
Add turmeric and salt in to the mixture.
Allow to rest for 1 hour
Heat the oil and dip the kokis mold in the batter. and keep in the oil
If the oil if too hot it will burn the kokis.so if you feel it too hot reduce the heat.
Once the it get cook remove it slowly by using a stick
