INGREADENTS
100 g Smoked Seer Fish
100 g Potatoes
20 g Parsley
50 g White bread crumbs
2 no Eggs
50 g Spinach
METHORD
- Smoked the Seer fish, allow to cool
- Boil the potatoes, mash and mixed with flaked fish
- Make a cutlet, crumb it
- Heat the butter and oil together
- Shallow fry the cutlet.
- Make a poach egg
- Sauté the spinach.
Presentation
- Arrange the cake on the middle of the plate.
- Place the sauté spinach on the top
- And poached egg on the top.
